This session was prepared in appreciation of the accomplishments of Dr. Sol Tax, which continue to influence anthropologists today. Former students of Dr. Tax and current scholars of action anthropology came together in Seattle to reflect on these accomplishments, fill gaps, and discuss contemporary applications of action anthropology.
